Managed IT is a fixed monthly fee. The amount depends on how many computers and servers you have, so you know in advance what you'll pay. Our prices are published on the site, and you can work them out yourself with the calculator.

Security isn't a separate project. It's part of the daily routine.

We protect your network, your data and your accounts, so you don't have to worry about them.

  • Network protection: Onyx Firewall, Fortinet or MikroTik equipment, set up and looked after by us.
  • Backups: if data is lost, it can be restored.
  • Cybersecurity monitoring: suspicious activity is spotted in time.

Who is responsible when something breaks?

ONYX. Because we handle the equipment, the setup and the day-to-day running, nobody can say "that's not our job". Your staff log the request in one place, our engineer fixes it remotely or on site, and everything done stays on record.

How is the monthly cost calculated?

Managed IT is a fixed monthly fee, calculated from the number of computers and servers you have. Our prices are published on the site and you can work them out with the calculator. For equipment, we give a written quote each time.

Do you work with our existing equipment?

Yes. The monthly fee is based on the computers and servers you already use. In the first conversation we work out together what to keep and what to replace.

Can you take over from our current IT person?

Yes. That is what our Virtual IT department service is for: your company's IT becomes one team's responsibility without an in-house hire. If needed, our engineer is in your office a few days a week or every day.

What does getting started look like?

First we talk about your company and where things stand, then you get a written proposal with the work and the cost. Once agreed, we put what's needed in order and move on to day-to-day running.

Do engineers come on site, or is everything remote?

You choose: fully remote, a few days a week on site, or a dedicated engineer in your office. Either way, issues are fixed remotely or on site, and you can see the status of every request.

Do you only sell equipment, or do you run it too?

Both. You can buy equipment and licences on their own, or together with setup and day-to-day running. Running what we built means one accountable party when something fails.
