BIMPulse is ONYX’s own product for architecture and engineering practices. Fee stages, man-hour plans, timesheets, rates, invoicing and project profit in one system. The subject is not tasks. It is the money on the project.

The figures are read off the product’s budget screen, in a sample account.
These answers should not wait for month end. They should be visible while the work is happening, and that is what BIMPulse is for.
Engineers write their hours down from memory. You learn who worked on what only once the month closes, which is too late to correct anything.
The contract fixes what percent of the fee each stage carries. Nobody can say how much of it is actually done, and therefore how much revenue is earned.
The project closed, but nobody put cost and revenue side by side and read the profit off them. The next contract is priced by feel again.
The hour an engineer enters on the timesheet moves on its own from the stage to the invoice to the project profit. No step is copied by hand.
The contract amount, its reference and its signing date go on the project.
Each stage carries a percentage share of the contract value.
It states how many hours the tasks under the stage need.
An engineer enters hours on the grid, a manager approves, and the cell locks.
Cost rate and bill rate resolve separately, at the entry’s own work date.
The stage’s fee goes out to the client as an invoice, and revenue is recognised.
Labour and other cost come off recognised revenue, and the margin is left.
From the project structure to the document register and the invoice. No pile of separate tools and Excel sheets.
The AEC fee-stage template is applied to a project in one click: concept design 10%, preliminary design 20%, detailed design 45%, expert review and approvals 10%, site supervision 15%.
A weekly grid. An approved cell is locked at the model level and cannot be edited afterwards. You set how far back an ordinary user may still write.
Every hour is priced twice, at a cost rate and at a bill rate. Each rate is bounded by its own effective dates, so a raise granted in June does not change what March cost. The cost rate sits behind its own permission.
A tree of projects, phases, tasks and subtasks, with a depth cap and a refusal to create a cycle. Views: board, list, calendar, Gantt, roadmap and a personal task list.
Working days, daily hours, public holidays and moved working days, per account. The Azerbaijani holiday preset loads in one click, and a holiday week shrinks capacity by itself.
A weekly or monthly matrix of who is assigned to what: capacity, allocated hours, free hours and an over-allocation list.
Every sheet has its own code (A-101), title, discipline and phase, with revisions stacked under it. The history is append only: an old revision is never deleted, only marked as superseded by a newer one. Each revision stores a SHA-256 fingerprint.
Contract value, reference and signing date on the project. Tax handling, statuses, recurring invoices, bank accounts and PDF output. Contract templates, a counterparty portal opened without a login, signature capture and revisions.
Recognised revenue, labour cost recomputed at the rate in force on each entry’s own work date, and non-labour cost. Margin is taken against both. Unpriced hours are reported rather than hidden, and a negative margin is shown as negative.
The moment a project opens, the AEC fee-stage template is applied and the contract value splits across five stages.
A project manager can state a stage’s percent complete. Left blank, it is derived from that stage’s tasks, and recognised revenue follows from it.
A sheet only knows what you typed into it. BIMPulse recalculates itself after every change.

Sign up with no card: you verify your e-mail, which takes two minutes. No feature is withheld, and the limits are enforced exactly as they are for a paying account.
When the trial ends the account is neither deleted nor closed, it becomes read-only. Sign-in, reading and export keep working.
Free trialThere is no module system, so no feature is withheld by plan. Every account gets the complete product.
There is no online checkout and no card: we agree the price with you directly and put it in the contract.
An account can see the packages and request a move, and the request alone changes nothing.
Invoicing happens outside the product, under a contract with ONYX.
Architecture, design and engineering practices of roughly 5 to 50 people. The person who runs it is usually the owner or the chief engineer, not an IT manager. The subject is not task management, it is the money on a project: contract value, fee stages, man-hours, rates, invoices and project profit.
A spreadsheet only knows what you typed into it. BIMPulse recalculates after every change: an approved hour locks, revenue is recognised per stage, labour cost is computed at the rate in force on each entry’s work date, and seeing the cost rate needs its own permission.
No, there is none, and we say so plainly. The document register does not read inside a model. There are two storage modes: the file sits on our object storage and counts against the account quota, or only a link and a SHA-256 fingerprint are kept. In the second mode the file is never copied to us and takes no space against your limit. That is how heavy RVT, DWG and IFC files are handled.
Azerbaijani and English. Currency and timezone are set per account, and the product carries in-app help with an Azerbaijani glossary.
Nobody is locked out. The account is never deleted and never closed, it becomes read-only. Everyone can still sign in, read every project and export it, only nothing new is created and nothing existing is edited. Data is kept for 90 days.
On two measures only: how many seats you need and how much storage. There is no module system, so no feature is withheld by plan and every account gets the complete product. There is no online checkout and no card. A person agrees the price and it goes into the contract, and invoicing happens outside the product. An account can see the packages and request a move, but the request alone changes nothing.
BIMPulse is ONYX’s own product, in the same lineup as Onyx Firewall, Bircore BMS and ONYX Helpdesk. The platform, the setup and the support all come from one company.
