Equipment supply

Server supply and sales in Baku, Azerbaijan

We source Dell, HP and Lenovo servers, storage systems and server accessories through official channels: the configuration is sized to your actual workload, delivery comes with a contract and invoice, and our own engineers do the installation.

What we supply

From a single server to a complete server room — the configuration is calculated from your workload, not picked off a catalogue page.

Rack and tower servers

1U/2U rack models for virtualisation, databases and file services, plus tower servers for offices without a dedicated server room.

  • Dell PowerEdge, HP ProLiant, Lenovo ThinkSystem
  • CPU, RAM and disk sized to the real workload
  • Redundant power supplies and hot-swap drive support

Storage and backup systems

Separate capacity for file archives, virtual machine disks and backups — from a small NAS to a SAN array.

  • NAS and SAN storage systems
  • SSD, SAS and NL-SAS drives
  • Dedicated backup capacity, independent of the main server

Server accessories and components

Everything needed to expand an existing server or keep spares on the shelf instead of replacing the whole machine.

  • RAM, drives, RAID controllers, network cards
  • Power supplies, fans and other spare parts
  • Rack cabinets, rail kits, KVM units and cable management

Server room infrastructure

Everything a server needs to run reliably — from power to licensing, quoted in one place.

  • UPS units and power distribution
  • Rack cabinets, cooling and ventilation
  • Windows Server, CAL and virtualisation licences

Brands we work with

Official channel only, with factory warranty. We do not sell grey-market hardware.

D

Dell

PowerEdge rack and tower servers, PowerVault storage. The line we recommend most often for mid-size and large infrastructures that will need to grow.

H

HP

ProLiant servers and MSA storage. A widely deployed, well-proven platform — spare parts and qualified engineers are easy to find.

L

Lenovo

ThinkSystem servers. A strong option for companies balancing budget against performance.

M

Microsoft

Windows Server, CAL and virtualisation licences — on the same contract as the hardware, registered to your company.

We also supply Cisco, Mikrotik, Fortinet and Palo Alto hardware — see the network and security categories.

How buying works

Four steps from your first message to hardware running under warranty.

1

Inquiry and configuration

You write on WhatsApp or by email. We ask what the server will actually do and usually send a quote with two or three configuration options within one to two business days.

2

Contract and invoice

A formal contract, invoice and VAT paperwork for legal entities. Payment by bank transfer; for tender purchases we prepare the document package separately.

3

Procurement and delivery

Stocked models ship in one to three business days; factory-order configurations usually take two to four weeks. We put the real lead time in writing before you order, and delivery within Baku is on us.

4

Installation and warranty

Rack mounting, RAID and operating system setup, connection to your network and backup scheme. During the warranty period we handle all correspondence with the vendor.

Why buy from ONYX

The hardware is the same everywhere — the difference starts after the box is opened.

Official channel, factory warranty

Hardware arrives through the official distributor channel, the serial number is registered with the vendor and the warranty is internationally recognised.

Warranty that works locally

When something fails you are not the one emailing a foreign support desk. ONYX handles the paperwork and the vendor correspondence; a local team stays in touch with you.

Installation by our own engineers

The server does not stay in its box. We rack it, configure it, connect it to your network and backup scheme, and document the result.

Support after the sale

If you want it, the hardware goes onto a monthly IT support contract — monitoring, updates and an agreed response time when something breaks.

Frequently asked questions

What buyers ask us most often before ordering a server.

How much does a server cost?

It depends entirely on the configuration. A single-socket entry-level server for a small office starts in the low thousands of manats; a dual-socket machine with a lot of memory and a disk array for virtualisation costs considerably more. Tell us what the server will do and we will send a comparison of three options within one to two business days.

How long does delivery take?

Standard stocked models are delivered in one to three business days. Custom configurations are built to order at the factory and usually take two to four weeks. We state the lead time in writing in the quote and warn you up front if there is any risk of delay.

How does the warranty work?

By default the vendor's one to three year factory warranty applies. It can be extended to five years or upgraded to next-business-day parts replacement on request. In a warranty case ONYX runs the whole process with the vendor.

Do you sell refurbished servers?

Our core business is new hardware from the official channel. If the budget is genuinely tight we can discuss certified refurbished options, but we state the difference in warranty terms up front so there are no surprises later.

Let's size your server configuration together

Describe the workload in a couple of lines and we will send a comparison quote within one to two business days.
