You write on WhatsApp or by email. We ask what the server will actually do and usually send a quote with two or three configuration options within one to two business days.
A formal contract, invoice and VAT paperwork for legal entities. Payment by bank transfer; for tender purchases we prepare the document package separately.
Stocked models ship in one to three business days; factory-order configurations usually take two to four weeks. We put the real lead time in writing before you order, and delivery within Baku is on us.
Rack mounting, RAID and operating system setup, connection to your network and backup scheme. During the warranty period we handle all correspondence with the vendor.
The hardware is the same everywhere — the difference starts after the box is opened.
Hardware arrives through the official distributor channel, the serial number is registered with the vendor and the warranty is internationally recognised.
When something fails you are not the one emailing a foreign support desk. ONYX handles the paperwork and the vendor correspondence; a local team stays in touch with you.
The server does not stay in its box. We rack it, configure it, connect it to your network and backup scheme, and document the result.
If you want it, the hardware goes onto a monthly IT support contract — monitoring, updates and an agreed response time when something breaks.
What buyers ask us most often before ordering a server.
We determine the optimal configuration based on your workload, user count, and performance requirements (databases, virtualization, ERP). Genuine enterprise servers from Dell, HPE, and Lenovo are delivered with official vendor warranties, fully installed and provisioned.
Standard models held in distributor stock are typically delivered within a few business days. Custom factory configurations typically take 2–4 weeks. We state the exact lead time in the proposal and flag any potential delays in advance.
Vendor warranty terms vary by manufacturer and model. Most enterprise hardware includes standard manufacturer warranties, with options for extended coverage or next-business-day (NBD) parts replacement where supported. In any warranty event, ONYX coordinates directly with the vendor.
Our core business is new hardware from the official channel. If the budget is genuinely tight we can discuss certified refurbished options, but we state the difference in warranty terms up front so there are no surprises later.
